Initial Presentations

The pitch sponsor companies will present their solutions to an audience of 50 patients/caregivers for up to seven minutes for their initial presentation.
Breakout

There will be a 30-minute break period during which light complimentary refreshments will be available for all attendees. Virtual observers will view graphics provided by the Premium Sponsors regarding their company, product, mission or offer. This will be livestreamed to our international audience.

What is Brain Summit & Why Should You Attend?
A virtual and in-person event in BOSTON, MA. We are bringing together different brain & CNS patients & caregivers to learn about YOUR products. It's a UNIQUE opportunity to showcase WHY you have the SOLUTION survivors need.
Premium Sponsors:
$3,000
Up to four Premium Sponsors will have the opportunity to reach out to patients / caregivers during and after the event. Their logos will be given premium placement in our social media campaigns and email broadcasts promoting the event. Each sponsor will provide a five-minute recorded video or graphics describing their company, product or solution that will be broadcast during the breakout period. This pre-recorded infomercial will be livestreamed to our international audience. They may provide handouts that attendees can pick up during the event. Two of their representatives may attend the event in person.
Standard Sponsors:
$2,000
Standard Sponsors will have the opportunity to provide handouts for patients/caregivers to pick up during the event and contact them after the conclusion of the event. They will have their logos included on our social media campaigns promoting the event. Two of their representatives may attend the event in person.
Pitch Sponsors:
$1,000
Each Pitch Sponsor shall make a presentation for up to seven minutes using a slide deck including fielding a few questions to the audience of patients/caregivers. During the speed networking hour, the pitch sponsors will be at their tables displaying their products or focus group materials. On our cue, they will begin speed networking. This will be a great opportunity for smaller up-and-coming companies to connect with patients and larger companies. Their logos will be included on our social media campaigns and email broadcasts. They may have up to two in- person attendees at the event. They will have the opportunity to contact patients and companies after the event.
